Towards the Advancement of Global Human Resources
The SuMi TRUST Group employs a large number of Locally Hired Staff at our overseas branches, representative offices, subsidiaries, and more.
Training sessions are held for Locally Hired Staff members working at overseas branches and subsidiaries to deepen their understanding of the Group and its operations, and to strengthen employee cross-cultural networks. Personnel exchanges are also carried out through long-term business trips between overseas offices.
